- Same day delivery available for readymade available pinatas if ordered before 5p.m.
- Customised Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days within Mumbai & 7-10 business days Pan India. (Standard Shipping)
- Express shipping available at an added cost. You can choose the mode of transport.

- Each piñata is packed with extra care to ensure it reaches you safely.
- Since every piece is custom-made and delicate, we do not offer returns.
- Please take a video of unboxing the pinata so that we can verify if the order is damaged.
- Connect with us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
